2025 Suzuki Hayabusa: What’s changed
While the motorcycle remains same in terms of mechanicals, hardware and design, the biggest highlights of this iteration is the inclusion of the OBD2-B compliance, which ensures the bike adheres to the latest emission regulations.
The new Hayabusa continues to be powered by a 1340cc, inline-four engine, producing 187 hp and 150 Nm of torque. It’s paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Suspension duties are handled by USD front forks and a rear monoshock, while braking is managed by Brembo Stylema twin discs up front and a Nissin single disc at the rear, all backed by dual-channel ABS.
The update introduces three bold new colour schemes: Metallic Mat Steel Green with Glass Sparkle Black, Glass Sparkle Black with Metallic Mat Titanium Silver, and Metallic Mystic Silver with Pearl Vigor Blue.
In terms of features, the 2025 Hayabusa continues to offer a full suite of rider aids, including a six-axis IMU-based traction control system, three power modes, cruise control, cornering ABS, launch control, and a bi-directional quickshifter. Riders also benefit from tech like the Suzuki Easy Start System, Low RPM Assist, hill hold control, and a TFT LCD instrument cluster.
