NTA opens JEE Main 2025 Session 2 answer key challenge window

JEE Main Answer Key 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key and recorded response sheet for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2025 Session 2. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now access the provisional answer key for Paper 1 (B.E./B. Tech.) along with their recorded responses through the official website — https://jeemain.nta.nic.in.
JEE (Main) 2025 Session 2 was conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8, 2025 for Paper 1 (B.E./B. Tech.), while Paper 2A (B. Arch.) and Paper 2B (B. Planning) were held on April 9, 2025. The exam took place across 531 centres in 285 cities across India and 15 cities abroad.
Answer key challenge window open till April 13
Candidates who wish to challenge the provisional answer key may do so between April 11 and April 13, 2025, up to 11:50 pm. A non-refundable processing fee of ?200 per question is applicable for submitting a challenge. The payment must be made online using debit card, credit card or net banking. No challenge will be accepted without the fee payment or beyond the deadline.
How to check JEE Main 2025 Session 2 answer key and response sheet
Step 1: Visit the official NTA JEE website at https://jeemain.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the link titled “Display of Provisional Answer Key and Recorded Response Sheet – JEE (Main) 2025 Session 2”
Step 3: Log in using your application number and date of birth or password
Step 4: View and download the provisional answer key and your recorded responses
Step 5: To challenge an answer, select the question(s), provide your justification and pay the applicable fee
Final answer key to determine result
If a challenge is found correct by the subject experts, the answer key will be revised accordingly. This revised key will be applicable to all candidates and the result will be prepared based on it. No individual notification will be sent regarding the acceptance or rejection of a challenge. The decision of the expert panel on the final answer key will be final.
