The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has officially commenced the registration process for the Kerala Law Entrance Examination (KLEE) 2025 for admission into 3-year and 5-year LLB programmes. Eligible candidates can submit their KLEE 2025 application forms through the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. The KLEE 2025 entrance exam will be conducted on May 25 in two separate sessions.

KLEE 2025: Key registration deadlines and exam schedule

As per the notification issued by CEE Kerala, the last date to register for the 3-year LLB course is May 12, while the deadline for 5-year LLB course registration is May 14. The KLEE 2025 5-year LLB exam will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the 3-year LLB exam will be conducted from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the same day. Each examination will be of two hours duration.

KLEE 2025: Exam pattern and syllabus

The KLEE 2025 exam for both 3-year and 5-year LLB courses will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions distributed across four sections: General English, General Knowledge, Arithmetic and Mental Ability, and Aptitude for Legal Studies. Each correct response will carry three marks, and one mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. The total maximum marks for the examination are 360.The KLEE 2025 syllabus will include topics from general English comprehension, current affairs and static GK, basic arithmetic reasoning, mental aptitude, and foundational concepts in legal studies. The test is designed to assess candidates’ readiness and aptitude for legal education.

KLEE 2025: Qualifying marks criteria

To be eligible for admission based on KLEE 2025 scores, candidates must achieve a minimum qualifying mark. General and SEBC category candidates must score at least 10%, which is 36 marks out of 360, in both the 3-year and 5-year LLB exams. SC and ST candidates must secure at least 5%, which is 18 marks out of 360, in the 5-year LLB exam and 36 marks in the 3-year LLB exam.
