The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha officially declared the Class 12th board examination results for 2025 today, May 21, at 4 PM. The results encompass all major academic streams—Science, Commerce, Arts, and Vocational—and are now accessible through official websites (chseodisha.nic.in and orissaresults.nic.in), DigiLocker, and SMS services.This year, over 3.9 lakh students appeared for the examinations, which were conducted between February 18 and March 27, 2025.Students can download their provisional scorecards using their roll number and registration details, while original mark sheets will be distributed by respective schools in the coming weeks. The results are crucial for determining students’ eligibility for undergraduate admissions and scholarships, making this a high-stakes moment for many. The council has also outlined provisions for re-evaluation and supplementary exams for students who wish to improve their results or failed to meet the qualifying criteria.The Science stream has attained the highest pass percentage of 86.49%, and vocational studies have gained the lowest pass rate of 60.57%. Arts Stream
The Arts stream, which saw the highest number of examinees, recorded an overall pass percentage of 80.51%. Of the 2.43 lakh students who appeared, nearly 1.96 lakh passed, with girls significantly ahead, achieving 86.80% compared to 72.64% among boys.
