During the launch phase, the City Sport carries a premium of Rs 49,000 over the standard V CVT variant. The Skoda Slavia Sportline is based on a mid-spec Signature variant. The price for the Skoda Slavia Sportline begins from Rs 13.8 lakh (ex-showroom) and is a permanent addition to the lineup.

The Skoda Slavia Sportline on the other hand gets multiple powertrain options, a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, turbo petrol engine with 115 hp power and 178 nm torque and comes paired to a 6-speed MT or a 6-speed torque converter automatic. Another engine is the 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine which puts out 150 hp power and 250 nm torque and comes paired only with a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox.
