Courses and institutions available through BCECE 2025
BCECE 2025 provides candidates the opportunity to apply for various undergraduate courses across multiple disciplines:
Engineering: Admission to undergraduate engineering courses at several engineering colleges in Bihar is available. Candidates must have appeared for JEE Main 2025 to be eligible. Vacant seats after two rounds of JEE Main counselling will be filled by BCECE candidates based on merit.
Agriculture and related courses: The Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour (Bhagalpur), offers courses like Bachelor of Agriculture, Bachelor of Horticulture, and Bachelor of Forestry. There are also specialised courses such as Bachelor of Fisheries Science available for candidates from the PCB group.
Medical and pharmacy courses: Candidates can also apply for medical courses such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and B.Sc. Nursing. For pharmacy aspirants, the exam opens doors to degree programmes in government pharmacy institutes in Bihar.

Application process and fee details
The registration process includes filling out an online application form, providing personal details, and uploading required documents like photographs and signatures. The application fee for general and backward class candidates is Rs 1,000 for one subject group and INR 1,100 for all four subject groups (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology). SC, ST, and Divyang candidates are required to pay a reduced fee of INR 500 or INR 550, depending on the chosen subject group.
